Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 2137. Randy has experience in the Land Surveying profession dating back to 1975. He graduated from Kennesaw Junior College in 1972 with an Associates Degree in Business Administration and from Southern Technical Institute in 1976 with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Technology. He received his Land Surveyor's License in 1978. He was a partner with Hill-Fister Engineers for 13 years before starting Tibbitts Land Surveying, Inc. in 1989. He now serves as CEO of Tibbitts Land Surveying, Inc. and retired in 2019.

Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 3051. Jud has worked with Tibbitts Land Surveying, Inc. since 1995 in all aspects of surveying. He attended Georgia Southern University for 3 years where he majored in Civil Engineering and Building Construction. He graduated in 2001 from Southern Polytechnic State University with a Bachelors Degree in Surveying and Mapping. He received his Land Surveyor's License in 2006. Jud supervises Subdivision Design, Site Planning, Land Planning, Rezoning Plats, and boundary and topographic survey projects.

Bill has been involoved in Land Surveying since 1988. He has been with Tibbitts Land Surveying, Inc. since its first year in 1989. Bill supervises and coordinates all field work, data reduction and plat preparation.
